Global-Cultural Solution is a Non-governmental organisation (NGO) operating in Ghana as non-profit body. Our mission is to strive develop the global world by bridging the wild gap between the privilege and underprivileged with the provision of general support to deprived and needy communities through different developmental projects which include the above volunteer opportunity.

As an organisation, our moving force towards this project was extracted from the famous adage that says “IF YOU EDUCATE A MAN YOU EDUCATE AN INDIVIDUAL BUT WHEN EDUCATE A WOMAN YOU DEFINITELY EDUCATE A WHOLE NATION”. The issue of education and its subsequent empowerment is different in Ghana due to the fact that the men are the more privileged. As we strive to achieve equality globally as an organisation; we have the pleasure to invite interested volunteer(s) or groups to join us develop the undeveloped women in our rural communities.

We also work with women’s wing under a body called Department of Community Development (CDC), and most women interviewed have the intention to enter into an income generating activity but they lack the funding which is a core to empowerment. Most girls who couldn’t further their education to the senior high level are also eager to learn a trade or a skill. Volunteers on this project normally complete the program to empower women so as to reduce the level of poverty and therefore enhance their livelihood. This project assists women/girls to learn a skill/trade in different ways financially and morally. WE DEFINITELY NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS TO JOIN US EMPOWER THESE ‘INNOCENT’ WOMEN. WE NEED YOU BECAUSE YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS ARE IMPORTANT AND WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
