Description:

Working with the charity WORLDwrite and its fledgling not-for-profit film company Chew on it productions, this is a role for volunteers who want to make sound count in documentaries that will have an impact on the world. Often underestimated, the role of sound for any film is crucial, and includes recording wild track, ensuring interview quality and composing music; the possibilities are endless! The opportunity exists to take on full responsibility for this work, or to take on a smaller role helping out, assisting with recording and setting up or caring for audio kit.

The need for precision, imagination, attention to detail and a clear understanding of what’s needed is critical, as well as team working to ensure that everyone understands getting the best sound can make or break a documentary. A commitment to global equality is a must!
