Description:
This is an Interest Free Micro finance project embarked upon by Volunteer Partnerships for West Africa(VPWA), an indigineous non profit organization to help alleviate poverty by empowering deprived women to engage in economically viable ventures.
We shall launch this initiative in Accra-Ghana on 2nd January 2009 and we invite prospective persons to attend this project as volunteers to apply now.
You will work with us as a volunteer to educate women on some basic financial handling skills. This will be an outreach program daily and expertise in any accademic descipline is welcome. Prority shall be given to persons who show appreciable skills in finances or business management knowledge
You shall also be handling loan request by the women and conduct interviews on applicants and also conduct screening before recommending them for credit facility.
