Description:
An Administrative Assistant will have the following key responsibilities
• Helping with the administration of the organization
• Development of new marketing means
• Education and integration of new volunteers
• Administration and coordination on site (update manuals, follow-up meetings, ensure a good communication flow between staff and volunteers) Besides your key responsibilities, new projects are always welcome to be set up! as well as working with the children.
Required skills: Experience in business, development or related subjects.
LOCATION OF THE PROGRAM
The program is located at Maragwa, central highlands of Kenya, 70 kilometers from Nairobi
DURATION OF THE PROGRAM
The duration depends on the volunteer’s availability and travel arrangements. We accept volunteers both short-term, 2-4 weeks and long-term, 1- 3 months. For volunteers wanting to travel, we are able to assist with providing information.
FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION
Food & accommodation are provided as part of the program fee.
AIR TICKET AND TRAVEL COSTS
You are required to cater for your own air tickets.
AIRPORT PICK-UPS
our staff will meet you at the airport upon arrival and escort you on departure.
PERSONAL EXPENSES
internet, telephone, district touring, gifts, luxuries etc are available at a little fee.
