Looking for a Managing Director to work with us and develop Ayoka Productions, a recently incorporated NGO. We have just gotten a fiscal sponsor and want someone who has the passion and motivation to move Ayoka Productions through the next steps.

The Managing Director will be involved from everything to finding fundraising opportunities to developing a list of potential clients and partners. The position is on a volunteer-basis for now but has a great potential for growth, and offers the chance for the right candidate to be there right from the beginning of the development process of a new NGO, which we expect to be be successful.

Motivation, passion, and initiative are essential. We are looking for someone who has had experience in the non-profit world and a strong interest in media as a powerful tool for change.

We are based in NY so would prefer someone based here too, though this is negotiable.
