Description:
Description: Green River’s Interurban Center for the Arts volunteers offer arts education programs in over 30 local elementary schools. Art Presenters receive training and supplies to present art lessons and hands-on art experiences to children. Volunteers are each assigned to a classroom and are supervised by an onsite Art Docent Coordinator.
Requirements: 3-4 hours per month, plus a four- hour initial training. Volunteers should be familiar with the visual arts, have experience working with elementary-age children in a classroom setting, and have access to personal transportation.
