Description:
Want to make a difference in someone's life? Come and volunteer at the YMCA International Learning Center on Huntington Avenue! Volunteers are needed to supplement the program as tutors for English Language Learners (ELLs). Tutors must be able to commit to one hour a week for at least 6 weeks. ILC students are available to be tutored during the following times: Mondays through Wednesdays from 8:30-10:00, 12:30-1:30, 1:30-2:30, 2:30-3:30, and 4-6; and Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30-10:00, 12:30-1:30, 1:30-2:30 or 2:30-3:30. Knowledge of another language is not required, but an appreciation for diversity is a must.
