Description:

School group volunteers lead school groups on curriculum-based tours of the museum's period rooms. Volunteers should enjoy working with children, have prior teaching experience, be able to stand for forty minutes at a time and have an interest in New York City and U.S. History. Volunteers also must be able to climb two flights of stairs. Time commitment is for two or three days per month for about two hours.
