Description:
Volunteer Partnerships for West Africa, an indigenous non profit organization in Ghana is looking to work with committed volunteers who are interested in teaching children between 5- 17 years in our lower and upper primary as well as Junior high school in various discipline.
Volunteers chosen on this project undergo an orientation to enable them be abreast with Ghana Education system and syllabus so you can work work with local teachers in imparting knowledge to the children.
The ability for a Ghanaian child to speak english is a big step from illiteracy and thereby enhancing his/her chance to better life after school.
We encourage you to apply t work with us.
You don't need to be a certify teacher to help, any english speaker can work with us. Non native English speakers with appreciable english skills is welcome
Our volunteers do not pay application fees
Project fee: 400 Euros per month.
This includes
airport pick and departure.
Meals and accommodation
Accra city tour.
20% of your project fee goes to support VPWA project in health and Education.
