Description:
A number of people are interested in helping and assisting Beacon of hope Uganda to further our objectives, so lacking a Director of Development (Volunteer Coordinator) in your country is what hinders and restrict us from getting volunteers from your country. So we would like to build a liaison for non-profit and self supporting volunteers looking to work directly with a grass root organization and programs with a variety of directives. Maintaining and increasing the number of volunteers and relationship between Beacon of hope Uganda and volunteers, advertising volunteer opportunities in the organization are the key objectives of the Director of Development.
We focus on enabling people to experience life in African developing countries. To win volunteers criteria, you need to be an innovative and creative person. You must be determined yet approachable individual, who can talk as freely with, university students, people in your local community and board members of major places in your area.
Salary expectation will depend on commission basis. That means you take 30% on each amount paid by the volunteer to stay in Uganda.
