The International Humanity Foundation is looking for volunteers to join its Online Outreach Task Team and aid in recruiting new volunteers through all the possibilities offered by the Internet. The team recruits new volunteers primarily in two ways. First, we post volunteer possibilities on sites like Idealist, GoAbroad and Craigslist to attract active searchers. Second, we reach out to service-minded groups and organizations to offer the opportunity to volunteer with IHF. Work on this team is a great opportunity for those with a business or public relations background looking to help a worthy organization.


It is this second approach where we need particular help. IHF needs new volunteers to step forward and take responsibility for outreach with the retired and student communities. Willing volunteers are especially needed to approach groups like AARP and campus career and social justice centers to promote IHF as a volunteer possibility.

The International Humanity Foundation is a non-religious, non-political, non-profit organization run by volunteers across the globe. Our mission is to empower the poorest of the poor through education, enabling them to stay off the streets and preventing them from ever being exploited. This organization supports over 4,000 children in Indonesia, Thailand and Kenya on a budget of about $8,000 per month. It is so little, but it makes such a difference. Our office is in San Diego, U.S.A., and we are looking for volunteers to help us recruit more volunteers!
