Description:
Department Description:
SCAP case managers work with our HIV positive clients with benefits advocacy, financial assistance, housing, food and nutritional assistance and wellness events.
Some possible opportunities:
administrative assistance- This position involves data entry, filing, letter writing, updating charts, telecommunication, and creating and maintaining inter-agency contacts with a focus on client services.
research- can Involve looking at policy related to people living with HIV/AIDS
direct services- providing clients with immediate services such as the Food Pantry Assistance, food delivery, assisting clients as they come in, etc
program development- improve programming through researching other programs similar to SCAP's, collecting client input, and working directly with staff
