Description:
SEDA-Laos (Social and Economic Developers Association) has an opening for a Human Resources Manager volunteer \ intern.

Tasks include ensuring SEDA has good human resources policies and practices, recruiting and inducting SEDA staff, identifying training needs and organizing staff training and addressing any staff concerns. Through this work, SEDA aims to provide a positive working environment where we keep our committed and capable staff so that we are able to be fully effective in our work with the rural poor of Laos.

This position would suit a person with experience in human resources and an interest in international development.

SEDA is a small Laos-based NGO that is currently setting up and implementing various programs in the rural regions of Laos. We are based in the capital city of Vientiane.
