Description:
SEDA-Laos (Social and Economic Developers Association) has an opening for a volunteer or intern for the role of Volunteer Coordinator to manage SEDA’s volunteer program. Most of SEDA’s volunteers are from developed countries. Tasks include recruitment and induction of volunteers, delegating work to volunteers, encouraging teamwork, assisting volunteers, monitoring their work and resolving any difficulties.

This position would suit a person with experience in working with volunteers and an interest in international development.

SEDA is a small Laos-based NGO that is currently setting up and implementing various programs in the rural regions of Laos. We are based in the capital city of Vientiane.
