Description:
The International Women's Tribune Centre (IWTC) is an international non-governmental organization that provides communication, information, education, and organizing support services to women's organizations and community groups working to improve the lives of women, particularly low-income women. Its mission is to promote the increased participation of women from the Global South in shaping and redefining a development process that is participatory, just and inclusive of all people--women, men and children.
IWTC is seeking to revamp, redo and refresh its website. We would like to have a website that is: • user-friendly and creative; • clearly conveys organizational mission, objectives and strategies; • promotes and reflects our programs, services and products; and • engages our key stakeholders, notably women whom we work with, current and potential donors, as well as other non-government and government organizations.
In terms of our website requirements, we need to have a site that • is cleanly designed, so that it is not too text-heavy; creative and user-friendly;
• incorporates colors and graphics that are that are easy to read and that load on computers with slow Internet connections, as we work with women in a number of countries in Africa and Asia; and • is designed to have different language versions (multi-lingual)
