"Fight for Air" Climb Fort Lauderdale will be held Saturday, December 5th, 2009 at the 110 Tower (formerly the AutoNation building) in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Over 400 participants will take part in this vertical 30 story race, which is professionally timed and ranked with start times every 30 seconds. Trophies are awarded in a variety of categories giving participants an opportunity to compete against the clock and conquer their quest to climb 539 steps! The proceeds from this event go directly to research, education, and advocacy efforts that help to save live, prevent lung disease and promote lung health. Many of our climbers are racing on behalf of someone with lung disease.

We need 30 volunteers to help with registration, cheer on climbers and help distribute refreshments at the after party.

The Climb begins at 8:30am, start times will be assigned in 15-30 second intervals.
