Description:

Fair Factories Clearinghouse is a not-for-profit business that provides an ASP.NET Web Form and Sql Server based solution to manage and share information about workplace conditions on labor, health & safety, ethical, environmental and security standards -- leading to improved supply chain/workplace efficiency, oversight, accountability and economy.

We are seeking tech-savvy volunteers with track records in building scalable easy to use web applications.

Candidates must have experience with full-stack web application development, both server-side and client-side.

Our technical needs are as follows: Provide guidance as well as implementation strategies for making the core application user interface more intuitive, assist in improving the current application's customer reporting capabilities via intuitive user interfaces that support interactive, real-time analysis of the global supply chain.

Further requirements:
Experience building database-backed web applications.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Sql Server and Reporting Services
Exceptionally strong programming skills in ASP.Net Web Forms, C#
Experience with Microsoft's Visual Studio 2008 web development framework
Experience with client-side technologies (JavaScript, CSS)
