Our health center is based on the universal principles of Primary Health Care. It means the health center provides integrated approach of essential health care.
For example,
1) General Health services that includes general OPD, community mental
health clinic, community oral health clinic, community TB DOTS services,
pharmacy, emergency, minor surgical procedure, clinical laboratory under health micro-insurance scheme.

2) MCH and Rh services: Immunization, family Planning, Well baby clinic,
ANC/PNC, Birthing center, Out reach MCH clinics

3) Nutrition services: Direct Weighting Scale clinic, routine child growth monitoring, nutrition education, rehabilitation for malnutrition cases, home based malnutrition follow up, production, promotion and marketing of Super Flour.

4) School health activities:
Oral health services, Reproductive health education and awareness

5) Environmental health services

6) Short-term training for community volunteers, and health professionals.

7) Internship and field placement training for students and professionals.

If you want to do public health survey, it is also possible.
You may involve yourself in learning,

a) management of health care delivery system of Nepal
b) operational approach of cost effective rural health care system
c) approach of community mobilization for sustainability of rural health
care
d) You may also visit to some of government health care provider
institutions, and Leprosy hospital.

Upon your arrival you will receive orientation and training appropriate to the length of your stay. During orientation, you will receive an intensive training that covers communicative Nepali, cultural information, project description and travel information etc. During your orientation phase you will be staying in Kathmandu with either a Nepali host family or in a Hotel. After completion of your orientation phase you will be escorted to your assigned placement. You will
be accommodated with a Nepali host family nearby work location. Our host family will provide you with food and board.

There is a program fee associated with our program as we don't have any donor agencies; our organization is run by volunteers' and internship fees. The program fee covers administrative charge, training, accommodation and meals during your training and placement, transportation for volunteers and supervision. We also provide scholarships to needy children and donate funds to the schools we are affiliated with.
Program fee for a month will be Euros 450€
The other costs you will need to meet are:
Your flights, Visa fee:

30 days:- US$40,
90 days:- US$100,
Per extra day US$2)
vaccinations, travel insurance and corresponding airport departure taxes. You will need a weekly budget of up to US$20 to cater for all your other expenses like bottled water, personal items, beverages and entertainment.
