Description:

Volunteer Partnerships for West Africa(VPWA) is seeking an Outreach and Communications Intern. This person will work directly with the Executive Director to create outreach strategies, write donor appeals, and develop online communications.

The Outreach and Communications Intern should have excellent communication skills (English language ability is required ), be proficient in Microsoft Office and should be comfortable working with diverse groups of people and under little supervision. Interns with VPWA should also be passionate about peace and social justice in the Africa.

This position is unpaid, but VPWA will make all efforts to assist applicants seeking college credit for internship work.

Volunteers are responsible for their own accomodation and meals costs which is 100 Euros per week to be paid in advance before arrival. VPWA will also offer the following for you. Free pick up from airport, Weekend travels, administrative assistance before your arrival.
