Hispanics Against Child Abuse and Neglect (H.A.C.A.N.) is looking for a creative volunteer to teach fundamental drawing and/or painting skills using an innovative step by step process to our Morning Star participants. Our program runs once a week in the area of Bailey’s Crossroads, Virginia.
