Description:
The NGO Committee on the Status of Women, NY seeks a tech volunteer with expertise in WordPress and social media tools. The tech volunteer will advise and assist in the implementation of technological tools to engage an international community in preparations for an NGO Global Forum for Women and NGO advocacy during the 54th UN Commission on the Status of Women.
Areas of work:
-Redesign the NGO CSW/NY's blog in WordPress.
-Guide the NGO CSW/NY through the process of designating social media tools that could be leveraged in support of our outreach.
-Assist the NGO CSW/NY in setting up these social media tools and connecting them to the blog.
Length of commitment is flexible, depending on the availability of the volunteer.
Volunteers should be able to travel to our New York City office for meetings.
