Description:
Each and everyday, the American Red Cross helps people in emergencies -- whether it's half a million disaster victims or one sick child who needs blood. Our vital work is made possible by people like you, who know how good it can feel to lend a helping hand. Red Cross "everyday heroes" come from all walks of life, all ages. Everyone has something special to offer - including you. Join the hundreds of Greenwich community members who volunteer their time and talents to the Red Cross.
The American Red Cross- Greenwich Chapter is seeking volunteers to assist with reception duties. Volunteers will provide administrative and clerical support for the Greenwich office by performing basic administrative tasks, including data entry, answering phones, assisting with logging and mailing as well as copying and collating course materials with other tasks as requested. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking to gain administrative experience or someone who already has the experience, but is looking to work in the community. Hours are very flexible, but we do ask that volunteers are available at least once per week from 9AM-1PM or 1P-5P.
Thank you for your interest in the American Red Cross!
