Position: Kiva Volunteer Program Volunteer
Location: San Francisco, CA – Downtown/Mission District
Job Type: Volunteer, 3 days/week (minimum)
Term: 4-6 months

Our technology enables one-to-one interpersonal connections & lending at the lowest possible cost.
Job Description:
Kiva is looking for a motivated volunteer to work with the Portfolio Team under Kiva’s Microfinance Partnerships Division to improve document data storage, organize and rename documents, complete needed data entry, and assist the team with maximizing use of Salesforce.
Core Tasks:
• Ensuring all partner documents are organized and named according to Kiva Naming Convention
• Extracting and entering partner statistics from key reports into Salesforce
• Uploading contact information from business cards into Salesforce
• Assisting Portfolio Team field staff with data entry into Salesforce
• Scanning documents received from partners in hard copy
Core Skills and Experience:
• Ability to work independently in a flexible work environment
• Quick learner
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a huge plus
