Description:
Booth Level Leaders are a network of well informed community leaders who will lead a grass-roots level change in their respective neighborhoods, causing a paradigm shift in the way people today participate in their system of governance.
Such change happens when people of the same geographical area concerned with the same political issues interact. YOU as a Booth Level Leader can make this possible in your neighborhood by volunteering just 2 to 3 hours of your time every week.
Booth Level Leaders will be available for the community in spearheading electoral and civic engagement, and have credibility that comes from
Rigorous training to be an effective leader
Tools for community organizing and engaging with the system
Support systems to interact and network with fellow leaders.
Janaagraha, in partnership with the Joy of Giving Week, is holding daily BLL introduction sessions from September 27th till October 3rd. AFter which there will be regular meeting on a monthly basis to discuss the progress and continue to mobilize Booth Level Leaders.
