Video for Public Television and Marketing Communication:
A Pro Bono Project

Develop a video to highlight and brand the Greater Washington Women’s Network, GWWN organization by introducing the organization to share with others.

Source: Use the organization history, benefits, photographs (mixed no attendees), can use other common people photos (commercial).

Narrator: Seeking female with excellent voice to narrator the organization via the clipping, pictures, and information.

PowerPoint: Develop the story line with a presentation with higher definition to create video with sound, music, slide information and effects.

Seeking person with experience and who has developed several projects and who is very creavity, energetic and requires little supervision.

Purpose: To market, promote, and showcase GWWN organization to women and encourage membership and participation so that they will become educated, empower and inspired.

Budget: limited resources – seeking an experience person who can work with less.

Deadline: On or before December 31, 2009

Video should meet the following technical specifications:
Length: any length up to 30 minutes maximum
Format: DVD or DVCAM

Video will be used for public television to market the organization and for the 15th anniversary, as well as for communication on various web sites.
