We are currently looking for a lawyer with some expertise on filing of organizations for 501(c)(3) non-profit status with the IRS.
We are incorporated as a non-profit in the State of NY but would like to become a full 501(c)(3) as we currently operate as such through a fiscal sponsor that charges 6% on all the donations we receive, and we'd rather use 100% of our funds on our programmes.
