Description:

Hours: Variable; M-F 9AM- 5:30PM

Location: BPSOS office

Duties (Responsibilities): Possible tasks include:
• Identifying and educating disaster-affected people about available services
• Entering and updating client information in database
• Providing general care to children while client meets with case manager
• Assisting case management services and referrals
• Translating interviews, forms and other communications
• Identifying and organizing community resource information for case managers
• Assisting in job placement for disaster evacuees
• Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
• Distributing donation supplies and MS newspapers

Requirements (Qualifications): Volunteer should be mature, trustworthy, and dedicated towards serving the community. Bilingual fluency in English and Vietnamese is helpful, but not required.
