Description:
The Visiting Nurse Association needs volunteers to assemble holiday meal boxes and donate gifts for "adopted" patient families and individuals during the winter holiday months.
Many of the patients we serve have extremely limited financial resources and are dealing with serious health issues. By adopting a family or individual and helping with meal boxes, familes are assured a happy holiday season.
