Description:

We are looking for volunteer tutors to work with our older JVS youth clients. Of the 5 clients who are currently interested in receiving tutoring, 4 are students at CCSF, 1 is enrolled in a private post-secondary educational institution, and one is a student in a continuation high school. All clients are youth with disabilities, though the range of their academic levels is wide.
Primary Responsibilities:
Weekly One-on-one tutoring
Provide support with math skills (including basic geometry, basic algebra, percentages, etc.)
Provide support with English reading and writing
