Description:
Help prepare job seekers to succeed in the interviewing process by providing a one-on-one mock interview opportunity. Volunteers will replicate a real job interview setting where clients can practice their interviewing, communication, and presentation skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Play the role of a prospective employer
•One-on-one interview sessions (duration: 30 minutes per client + 15 minutes to fill out feedback forms after each mock interview)
•Provide specific, meaningful, and constructive feedback.
