It is imperative that volunteers/interns be willing to render entry level services without payments, to teach other local volunteers/interns in areas such as : computer applications, business management, preparing seminars/workshops outlines, handouts, bussiness plans and grant/projects proposals writng, and lobbying techniques, researching the internet for humanitarian aid, webspages designing, effective networking and ways to manage consortiums of NGOs.

Volunteers/Interns with interests in international and local development are duly
invited from many fields of study, such as :
Computer, Medical, Social and Agricultural Sciences, legal practices, Micro-enterprise development, Business Administration, and Accounting.

Candidates should possess good interpersonal
relationship skills and be team oriented persons, computer literate.
Should be able to work with minimal or without supervision. Volunteers/Interns English language is duly required but
ones abilities to understand, speak and write
more than two languages will afford credit to our work.

Ones duration of commitments will depend his/her own competence and zeal to execute projects/programme, one have to be flexible, ones creativity, interesting proposals and ways of doing things shall incite us to continue with them in future.
Volunteers/Interns should exhibit
innovative skills and expected duly assist UADF in raising these needed core funding at global and national levels.

No applications deadlines for Vountary work and Internships annually.
