Description:
Publishing Assistant Needed
We are in need of someone skillful with photoshop, pagemaker, scanning, text proofing and editing, writing, photography who can assist us with production of the Akha Journal of the Golden Triangle a paper edition journal that we distribute both to english speaking peoples and Akha villages. This is a multi language publication, engish is required but Thai langauge skills would be useful also.
Minimum time, 3 months. Must cover food and housing costs require a fee of $450 per month paid in advance.
Apple notebook is essential.
Raising funds to assist with publishing projects would be a big plus before arriving.
This position can move to stipend basis and then to paid position with the right volunteer.
