Description:
The volunteer will work closely with the Guatemalan staff of the Kunabalaj Medical Clinic located just outside of the city of Quetzaltenango. There are opportunities to work with the medical and dental staff and/or in health education in the community.
ICAmigos offers modest volunteer rooms in the ICA Spanish School during the months of September to May and during the summer months of June to August it is possible to live with a local Guatemalan family for a small cost. This includes a private room, all meals and ammenities.
