Description:
We have a number of schools in Peru, mostly in the old Inca capital of Cuzco where we provide volunteer teachers. Teaching English as a second language is the main subject, but there are some additional subjects for those with fluent Spanish.
This is not a paid position, the volunteer has to pay for travel, support services, food and accommodation.
There are positions available for most of the year. June is the most popular month, so book 6-9 months early if you want this period.
There is a discounted option on a group tour package, which includes a hike to Machu Picchu.
The cost is $700 for one month (min) to include all food and accommodation, but no travel costs. Another $480 buys the 7 day tour package. Total for 5 weeks $1180. Additional days at $10, pre-arranged, ideally.
