Description:
There are many ways to serve animals at the shelter, and being a shelter volunteer includes a little of everything. Volunteers help direct customers and help answer questions as customers arrive in the animal area of the shelter. Volunteers also help customers while they browse the animal areas, and provide fresh water, grooming and exercise to our animals. Volunteers with special skills (carpentry, plumbing, computer skills, etc.) could also provide valuable assistance at CMHS. Two hr. weekly time commitment for 6 months.
