Mission:
The Environmental Defender's Office is an independent non-profit community legal centre based in Canberra, Australia, advising on environmental and planning law with an aim of increasing public awareness of environmental laws and remedies.
We advise on questions of Commonwealth, Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales law.
We offer a free telephone advice service on environmental law questions as well as face-to-face appointments. Our services include:
