Green Edge Films Coordinator (Kentucky)
Job Description

Green Edge Collaborative is a social network that connects people with businesses, organizations and the resources they need to build a sustainable future. We do this by hosting our own events, highlighting mission-driven events, and through our online network.

Green Edge Collaborative is a project of the Open Space Institute, Inc., a nonprofit public charity exempt from federal income tax under Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Reporting and working directly with the Founder and KY Chapter Director, the Assistant to
Director will be a critical position in keeping a growing volunteer-run organization working productively and successfully. The commitment will vary in range from 10-20 hours each week. Qualified candidates will be able to exemplify skill and experience in related areas. Internship credit may be offered if needed.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Organizing regular sustainability-focused film events
· Act as liaison with film production companies to secure film
· Reach out to and invite guest speakers for events
· Communicating regularly with KY Chapter Director
· Scheduling venue location
· Organizing volunteers to help execute the event, via our mailing list
· Respond to emails and inquiries related to Green Edge Films KY
· Be on-site at events to facilitate
