Hmm... aren't isms just words? Words are simply used to communicate meaning to each other. Racism describes a certain type of behavior, and I think and hope that most people would agree it's not a good thing, however that doesn't mean all isms are bad! How about activism? By setting up this group, you (kristi) are participating in 2 isms, activism and idealism!

There are also isms like Optimism, you're not trying to get rid of that are you :) Having said that I'm more in to realism so maybe I won't mind :)
