Description:
Bello Machre, which means Home of My Heart in Gaelic, is a private non-profit organization located in Anne Arundel County. We provide homes and services to individuals with developmental disaiblities of all ages. For more information, please visit our website at www.bellomachre.org.
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to assume responsibility for our application process. Primary responsibilities: review applications, conduct phone screenings, interviews, & reference checks, order background checks, make placements in our residential homes, and conduct new employee orientation.
Drug-free EOE.
Additional Qualifications:
This is a very fast-paced position, which requires someone who is extremely organized, able to prioritize, and respond quickly to changes. The selected candidate will have at least 1 year of interviewing experience. Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor, and computer literacy are required for success in this position. Scheduling flexibility is necessary.
