We are building the foundation for a Planned Community Center that can provide lodging for up to 6 families or about 127 people in the first stage.

Initially, the plan is to create affordable housing for individuals interested in pursuing a true, supportive, and self-sustaining community. The facility will provide workspaces within which to pursue various hobbies that can contribute to the community. Things such as carpentry, welding, and other industrial skills, to pursue a field of science within one of our labs, or arts in one of the common areas or music studios.

Our current plans make for very affordable construction material, comfortable living quarters, and to remain safe in nearly all instances of severe weather or natural disaster.

After successfully creating our first stable foundation, we will be better capable of catering to the community at large and assisting people in gaining applicable job skills to create a competent labor force and be better able to provide for the city, state, or country.

We will not only have a means of finding work easier for the community but create jobs as well.

We are in need of individuals who can assist us in obtaining more funding to achieve our long-term goals (Donations and Grants), upon establishing our facility, we will need able and willing volunteers that can help commit time to sharing their knowledge and skills.
