Description:
A provincial law bans immigrants from receiving health insurance for the first three months of their permit, shutting them out of the healthcare system and forcing many to refuse urgent care. This campaign has used public consultations and demonstrations to demand change, and is also engaged in documenting the experiences of immigrants around access to healthcare.
