I am a Homeopath. I am attached with one of the most renowned philanthrophic organisations - Ramakrishna Mission. I believe humanity is the supreme religion and everyone of us should contribute according to his capabilities. I would like to volunteer for any Childen's Organisation for their medical treatment. Homeopathy gives best results in children.
My another inclination is spirituality and meditation. I teach in meditation tutorials and classes. It is my earnest desire to see our lives being enriched by cultivating more and more virtues and eliminating negative tendencies to make our existence worth living. Don’t you think so ? With assertion I can say that meditation is one of the most effective means to achieve that. I often meet people who despairingly say that meditation is not their cup of tea. This is the most self deceiving idea. My last 20 years of practice and research reveals that with regularity and a little patience everyone can achieve that. Learning meditation is like learning a new language, a language of mind. It takes time. What benefits a simplest kind of meditation can offer us ? It enables us to gain control over our mind very effectively, it harmonizes mind - body correlation, it increases our passion for positive living by making one more composed and active, sleep-appetite-concentration are effectively improved, performance in nay field and the level to combat stress, both are elevated. There is nothing like it when meditation is accompanied by prayer.

Has anyone ever experienced this ?

The most valuable things in life are the ones which are the most inexpensive. People hardly seem to believe this !
