I'm an award-winning playwright and screenwriter. My writing background started at Northwestern in journalism. I worked for a number of publication and still freelance occasionally. In college I started to blend my journalism and social issue interests with art and entertainment. I ended up with a film degree but continued trying to find ways to use fiction to highlight real issues and vice versa (using real issues to bring out my creativity in trying to help others). I've worked in PR, magazine, newspaper, online, tv/film companies, as a camera man, photographer, and even as a cartoon writer (BodegaAve.com). I'm pretty energetic and bring creative, strong work ethic to any job.
