Grantwriting

Is there grantwriting software for sale or on the 'net?

Summary:

None is identified. But the program itself is identified as the best best source of guidance.

Answer:

Someone asked:
Are there any software packages or ftp sites that contain info or
formats for grantwriting?

Sylvia McGee replied:
I do not know of such a package - others may...

The best - bar none - source of information on format, inclusion and
requirements for grants is the *individual grantmaker*.

For public (read government) sources of funds - the response content and
format are virtually *always* outlined...and the response package will
generally include a description of the criteria that will be used in
assessing the submissions.

Private (read foundation and/or corporate) sources may not provide this
detail (though some do) - but will generally include the areas that need
to be addressed in the information that they send to inquirers.
