Two universities offer programs about nonprofits.

Answer:

Just this week the College of Business at University of Notre
Dame-Australia announced that in 1995 it would be offering the first
graduate level classes in Australia concerning the discipline of
Nonprofit Management. Initially four subjects in nonprofit management -
Ethics, Tax Law, Marketing and Accounting would be offered as electives
in the Masters of Service Administration program.

For those of you looking to Europe, one of the world-class programs in NPO management is the Masters of Voluntary Sector Organisation offered through the Centre for Voluntary Organisation at the London School of Economics.

They have also initiated a Masters of Non-governmental Organisations which is tailored to the managemnet of international and Third World nonprofit organizations.
