Why am I receiving listings from the wrong location?
Answer:
The email listings you receive are independent of the location you enter in your "Personal Information" and "Basic Information." You must change the location of your listings by changing your email preferences. To change the location of the listings in your email updates, do the following:
- Login to your Member account by going to our homepage and filling in your login information in the Member Login field on the right side of the screen.
- Once you have logged in to your account, you will see your Control Panel. Click the tab titled "Daily Email Alerts."
On the next screen you will see a description of your email alerts. To the right of that, click "Edit."- On the next screen you can change the location of your preferences. Make the changes and click 'Submit.'
- The next screen will specify the number of listings you will receive. If you wish to receive more listings, broaden your choices. If you wish to receive fewer listings, narrow your choices.
- Once you have the right number of listings, click “That’s Fine” and you should see a description of this new setting underneath the “My Email Alerts” section.
