What does "Disassociate" mean?

Answer:

Disassociate removes your Member account’s access to your group’s Idealist profile. You can always associate your Member account again if you have the organization’s password.

How do I associate my Member account to my group (nonprofit organization, company, community point, affinity group and outreach teams)?
