How long will it take for my consultant profile to appear on Idealist?

Our staff will review your profile and in 24-48 hours we will email you, possibly requesting more information. If you do not hear from us within two business days, please make sure to check your spam/junk/bulk folder and inquire with your email service provider whether any '@idealist.org' messages are being filtered. Approval notifications are sent via an automated system and sometimes get misclassified in the "unsolicited" category. If two business days have passed, and you are unable to find a message from us, contact us for further assistance.
Once your application has been approved, you can access your consultant account by logging in to your individual account, clicking on the "Groups and Listings" tab of your Control Panel, and then clicking on the “Edit & Post” link. The first time that you log in to your account, you will be prompted to activate your membership ($50/6months or $95/year). (Please note that your profile will not appear on Idealist until your membership has been activated.) You will then be taken to the Entry & Update Menu where you will be able to manage your listings, update your profile, administer account privileges, and more.
