What is a Career Fair?

Idealist Career Fairs are opportunities for individuals to meet with nonprofit organizations in person about a range of available opportunities. These fairs are held in cities across the United States and Canada, often in cooperation with colleges and universities. They provide college students, recent graduates, seasoned nonprofit professionals and sector switchers the chance to network, attend workshops and panel discussions, and learn more about what the sector has to offer.
