Are there certain types of positions that my organization must offer at the fair?

Due to the unpredictable nature of job openings and the advanced registration for the fair, there is no mandatory type of positions that you must be seeking to fill. Entry level to managerial to more experienced posts are all acceptable. We do request, though, that your organization be hiring for established and open positions, be hiring in the future or currently accepting resumes, or be recruiting for year-of-service opportunities (such as AmeriCorps positions). In addition, organizations may recruit for interns and volunteers. Idealist Career Fairs are not defined like traditional job fairs. We strive to broaden the opportunities for individuals to become involved in the nonprofit sector.
